The training content is state of the art and is augmented with media, cases, role plays, etc. The programs can be modified in length and content to suit your organization's needs. We also combine these individual courses to form our Management and Supervisory Leadership Program.

Reducing Conflict and Improving Interpersonal Relations
The core of this training is to teach employees the “Five Step Conflict Resolution Model.” This includes forgiveness, emotionally moving into present time, clearly communicating, effectively listening, and negotiating and resolving disputes. Employees leave with a phased process that can reduce conflicts at work by up to 90%.
