Reducing Conflict and Improving Interpersonal Relations

The core of this training is to teach employees the 10 Step Conflict Resolution Model. This includes forgiveness, emotionally moving into present time, clearly communicating, effectively listening, and negotiating and resolving disputes. Employees leave with a phased process that can reduce conflicts at work by up to 90%.
