Productivity Improvement

After resolving organizational conflicts, we often find that there are other organizational issues that contribute to and exacerbate these conflicts. As one expert has said: “A bad system will defeat a good employee most of the time.”

Some of these key system problems are:

  • Managers/supervisors with limited training and skills
  • Poor team functioning
  • Lack of interpersonal and other organizational skills
  • Unclear short and long term goals

We attempt to locate, address and eliminate these system problems in our productivity improvement sections.
