We offer our rapid and inclusive model of strategic planning. It brings all stakeholders in your organization-managers, employees, customers, vendors- into the room at the same time and gets you an agreed upon plan in two days.

Our process:

• Establishes a planning committee
• Brings all the stakeholders into the room (up to 100 people)
• Conducts, over a two-day period, a series of key planning exercises including creating a new future vision and bold steps to achieve the vision
• Uses 4 ft x 8 ft. graphics from the Grove Company (Grove.com)
  to enhance the experience
• Creates common ground and a jointly created future plan
• Requires no “selling” of the plan because all impacted parties have participated.

The result is great energy focused on implementing the plan.
