Executive Coaching

Experienced executives encounter situations, usually non-technical, that often go beyond the scope of their training. This may include creating a larger organization vision, facilitating organization change, or coordinating diverse and highly qualified individuals on an executive team. It may also include reviewing certain aspects of their personal style that may be impeding success in a new challenge. The goals of the program are to impart new skills and positively impact the organization.

Methods

The program addresses all of the above issues. In weekly or bi-weekly meetings over a defined period, executives will:

  • undergo a series of assessments of their style, including the DISC Behavioral Profile;

  • receive 360 degree feedback from superiors, subordinates and colleagues as to their strengths and weaknesses

  • determine a plan of action and work the plan; this plan will include one-to-one meetings, reading, exercises and role plays in the areas of leadership, change, the use of power and conflict management.

Results

At the conclusion of the program managers will:

  • be able to respond flexibly in multiple situations;
  • manage their own and others' styles to gain cooperative results;
  • create a larger vision for their own and their organizations' future;
  • assess accurately and problem solve directly.
